Reservations and Guarantee
Individuals will be responsible for making their own reservations, either by calling the hotel or using the booking link provided. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY/EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY:
Rooms must be booked by a certain date (TBD) to receive the group rate!
Group block will drop by a certain date (TBD), If all rooms are not picked up. There are no fees associated after that. Rooms and rates will be based on availability.
Individuals must cancel 48 hrs. prior to arrival to avoid any late cancellation fee or No-show Charge of one-night room and tax.
